The times are changing and while the Federal government cannot legally force the assistance from state, country and local authorities to round up illegals they can do a hell'va lot to make them change their ways. Cutting federal monies is the best way but there are other ways, a lot of other ways. I will bet we'll see something within the first 90 days of the new administration. This is almost a test of the new presidency on who is going to be in charge of the country. I would bet on Trump.
