It's interesting that a Federal Court judge from Washington State has thrown a spanner in Trump's immigration EO.....which has sent the El Presidente into an hysterical hissy fit. These Damned activists conservative judges, insisting that the US Constitution matters. A delicious irony, given that the Judge was a G.W.Bush appointee (confirmed by the US Senate 99votes for, to 0 votes against).

There are a number of injunctions before Federal District Court judges, around the nation concerning strumpet's EO. One Judge, has delivered a temporary stay against some aspects of Trump's immigration EO.

I have yet to see the basis for the stay of the "ban." There may be some logic to it, but it's invisible from here.

Boy, these Communists are trying everything in the book to try and appear to be the righteous warriors for the People, aren't they? It doesn't matter what Trump does, the media, courts, hollyweird, and every commie fool is going to spin their webs of deceit and ignorance. One can ponder if this is all part of a greater, sinister plan to further erode "Democracy" and offer the Global model as recompense. I believe it's much simpler than this, however. The more people are paying attention to Trump and every scandalous word spoken on the endless, meaningless subjects the media purports to be of significance, the less they will see the gigantic pink elephant in the room. Take special notice to the fact that Hillary got off without a single shred of proof she is innocent. We all ought to know the banking barons are still in charge, it's not "Russia" hacking. Around every corner, we will see more of the same tactics from the left, and Trump will more than likely not achieve all those promises...

And we will end up with the same heavily militarized police state, open borders, threats of terrorism, racial divide and hatred, special interests clawing for supremacy and lobbyists buying up all the bureaucratic sway. But, there will be much more "comedy" on Saturday Night Live for every corporate slave to either enjoy or be repulsed, and all the while the Clinton's can receive their dope shipments to Mena and illegals can just continue to pour in and rape, pillage, and profit from a broken system filled with sycophantic fools.

Left or right; according to some, both are being jerked around by a Bilderbergian bankster puppeteer.

Indeed. I wonder how much (or how little) is just the events happening on their own?
It takes quite a bit of effort to organize protests. People just don't "go out and protest" in the numbers they have been.
I always try to avoid the conspiratorial view if possible, but man...it's so obvious these days.

It will be interesting how they, the companies who have filed the briefs; are an aggrieved party, unless of course they are doing a substantial amount of business with those seven countries. In that case, does money over rule National Security?

Libya, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Iran, Iraq and Syria...

    You're absolutely right!

(@Brokor,) Corporations have no obligations, other than legal ones, (and even then they'll find ways of avoiding even those), to anyone other than their stock holders.

It's the free market Capitalist way. IBM was happily (and profitably) supporting foreign regimes, that America was at war with in the 1940's.

In the present case, these corporations are exercising their Constitutional rights (because they are people with rights, apparently), to protect their own interests. They may also, coincidentally, have some social conscience, and may be expressing some concern with regards to the humanitarian dimensions of Trumpery's EO; That too may not necessarily be bad for their bottom line. (unless conservative snowflakes start protesting with boycotts and such like.) ;)

I don't think that it's the volume of business with the affected countries that is the issue, as to whether or not they may lodge an Amicus Brief. Anyone can be an Amicus Curiae, but it's up to the relevant court as to whether the Amicus brief is accepted for consideration. Reading the referenced Amicus Brief may be worthwhile in evaluating some of the legal issues surrounding Trump's EO.

    1. You have financial documents that verify this? Although It is a fact that Eric Schmidt, of Alphabet (Google's parent company) endorsed Hillary's candidacy, critiquing the amicus brief itself might have been more convincing, than just relying on the Shill gambit http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Shill_gambit to discredit / discount the amicus brief contributors. Reading and critiquing the amicus brief requires more effort than relying on fallacious argumentation.:(

    2. Whether or not you would, or would not call Trump about the constitutionality of his immigration EO is moot. There are several court challenges to the ban, and the litigants undoubtedly will be citing Constitutional arguments, among other legal objections to the various elements of the EO. I'm sorry, but appealing to a monkey's personal integrity probably counts for less than Federal Appeals Court, or SCOTUS judgements.
