You guys. If you haven’t seen it yet, you need to spend 60 seconds watching Travis County, Texas’ County Commissioner, Gerald Daugherty, as he tries to convince voters in his county to vote for him.

It’s a funny, self deprecating, and sweet advertisement, and if I was in Travis County… this could swing my vote his way!

Very amusing....he should be living in his mom's basement. It may be where he ends up, if he doesn't put some of his own effort into saving his marriage, instead of relying on electors to do that for his wife.

In terms of outcome, this, arguably, was the most effective ad...

    played once. Goldwater lost.

"Daisy", sometimes known as "Daisy Girl" or "Peace, Little Girl", was a controversial political advertisement aired on television during the 1964 United States presidential election by incumbent president Lyndon B. Johnson's campaign. Though only aired once (by the campaign), it is considered to be an important factor in Johnson's landslide victory over Barry Goldwater and an important turning point in political and advertising history. It remains one of the most controversial political advertisements ever made.

To be fair, Goldwater was his own worst enemy....

I suspect that the same will be said of Donald T. It just won't take decades for that kind of retrospective evaluation.

It didn't take decades with Goldwater. Heck, he was known to be his own worst enemy long before he was ever the nominee, just like Trump.

Yup, Trump is his own worst enemy, fortunately his opponent was Hitlery Klinton and that made Trump look like a moderate, and if not lovable, at least he is far, far more likable than she ever was or will be. Go see the video of the lib-tard melting down when it watched as they lost in WI in the political section. Too funny for words.
