For an upcoming class in defensive shooting I'm going to take, the description mentions extensive training in drawing from the holster properly, I guess to make drawing, aiming and firing muscle memory. Anyway, although I haven't yet decided whether I ultimately want a holster for this big gun or a bag or pouch of some kind, it would appear that for this class I'll need a concealed holster. So there it is. Sig P220 with Sig Romeo2 optic and Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X light. I need either an IWB holster or something equally concealable for this class. Any suggestions?
well, which ever one you get make sure it doesn't move around with a nearly 3 pound decked out pistol. That is going to be one bulky concealed carry.
To me, to try and conceal such a large handgun with a flashlight seems like an impossible task and a waste of money. I'd get an OWB and wear an unzipped coat to cover rather than spend the money for an IWB that you will never use except for class and I would tell the instructor exactly that.
