I posed the following in a gun forum and if your state requires a permit to carry concealed it's possible that you can carry NFA items using your permit. In my case I want to be able to lawfully carry my folding bag gun as a loaded truck gun or carry the firearm concealed in the bag, but also want to convert it from a pistol to an SBR so I can use a stock instead of a brace and also place it in my NFA trust for additional protection. It might be worth checking the wording in your state laws as it pertains to concealed firearms. ============================================================================ Does an Oregon CHL Allow Concealed Carry of an SBR?
