Dolphin is not one of my favorite fishes mostly because it seems like everyone cooks it until it is dry and flavorless. Fish jerky will sustain you, I suppose, but just slice it, throw it on a plate with a bit of wasabi and I'm good.
That doesn't look too appetizing, but I bet it tasted fantastic, Hanzo! I will give you a pass on this one due to the fact you've gone over the top on presentation so much previously!
That was still in the pan, so no presentation there. But it was moist and delicious. More importantly, wifee and monkey loved it.
