Good one. Used to buy pullet eggs for about a buck a dozen and pickle them. When young hens first start laying, their eggs are smaller than regular eggs and are usually used for commercial uses. Cheap and nothing wrong. Would dry up well and one reason to store eggs is to have them in the times of crazy prices due to shortage created by chicken diseases. Little late now but no one knows where the price is going to end up.
