I grew up in Southeastern Lower Michigan, but my home port has been down here on the North Carolina coast for forty-five years.

Hi Michigan Matt! We hope you are handling the winter well there as well as weathering the reign of Gov. Whitmer. I just noticed you folks in Michigan are sadly stuck with Whitmer until 1 January 2027...damn, how some of these folks get reelected is beyond me but that's another topic. Anyway, welcome from North Idaho...lots of good minds, knowledge, experience and conversation here on the Monkey. Join in!
