When I was thinking of retiring I looked into Argentina. There is a fairly large American expat community in Buenos Aires, cheap housing low taxes and fairly easy to gain citizenship Overall, Argentina is generally a safe country for different identity groups. 45,479,118 (July 2020 est.) European (mostly Spanish and Italian descent) and mestizo (mixed European and Amerindian ancestry) 97.2%, Amerindian 2.4%, African 0.4%(2010 est.) Diversity BS doesn't seem to be an issue If it were not for my kids and grand kids I think I would have retired there ---the USA is not the country I grew up in any longer
I had thought about moving a long time ago. I've reached a point where I really want to see how this shitshow ends.
