I think you would be better off asking a lawyer to decipher it for you then me. Just another right taken away from what I can tell. Freedom of Speech as we have known it all this time, now gone
IF it goes thru, it criminalizes some protests, specifically at presidential rallies and in front of the Supreme Court. I don't know how far it's gone, or even if it's true.
Supremes will rule it Unconstitutional, if it actually ever gets that far.... I suspect it wouldn't get past the first US District Court... Politico can always write this BS, but usually when it gets litigated it dies a quick Death.....
Erm, I've got bad and really bad news for you. congress passed it. and obummer signed it. it's the law now we just have to wait for someone to be arrested/detained due to it, and then fight it in court and then take it all the way to the supreme court. we've already got conversation about it.
