    The only upside is that they aren't permanent like tattoos. The downside is that everything is permanent once it makes it to social media.

    If I was single and looking no way would I chase a gal that did that. I prefer my women mostly hair free, at least when we aren't out in the wilds for an extended time.

    You've obviously got too much time on your hands, @OldDude49

    The impulse for young folk to appear 'to be different' is strong in some....back in the day (well before my time) it was shocking for women to show some ankle. In defying conformity, they also conform to the fashions / fetishes of the times.

    Next thing you know they will be selling ear hair extensions......... Perhaps instead of contributing we could find a way to capitalize on this trend as suppliers!!!

    Everybody today seems to want to stand out, to be different. They do tattoos, piercings, weird hair, odd clothing, engage in strange or contrary behavior in an attempt to be special.

    I wish they would get their heads around the fact that by just educating themselves and being productive, they are special. If they have a family that they take responsibility for and love, they are special. If they are contributing to, not living off; society, they are special. It isn't what you look like, it is who you are.
