1898 Krag earen gespliten, shoulder breakin' war dog. Doesn't get much shootin' since I turned old and feeble. The OP asked for three, but nothing else even close to that old, no point to list the lake bottom inventory.

None of mine go back before the 1980's. The oldest is my Browning A-Bolt 22 I bought used in the mid 80's and also my favorite rifle.

1855 Colt Revolving Rifle dated 1862 a series MK-II, three MK-IV's dated between 1868 to 1877 and one ultra rare big boomer Colt .44 dated 1872. After that, a bit of a jump to a 1921 Remington Mod 8/81 re barreled to .308 win, a 1923 Holland and Holland .375, a pair of 1934 Winchester M-1895's in .30/06 and one on .405, a 1903 Springer (WInchester) 03A3 from 1944 and a Rock Island 03A4 also from 1944!

Gwr Mauser 98 with 1917 date stamp, next up my VZ 24 Romanian contract Mauser 98, early 40' is best guess on dates. Last but not least are the 2 Chinese 56 SKS's . Most likely 50's or 60's vintage.

I forgot about my Bicentennial Ruger Mini-14 machine gun. That beats the A-Bolt by a few years. 1976 is about a hundred years newer than some of the others in this thread.

    "...regularly shoot."

To me that means at least once a quarter, to make it easier on my memory.

1949 Model 63 Winchester. I shoot this one almost exclusively offhand at 25 to 50 yards and can hit 12 ga shot cup size targets as I bounce them around the hill 9 out of 10 times.

Lockjaw sees a lot of action. No idea of the exact build date, but I'd guess 1980's. This is my terribly rust pitted 1911A1 that was built on an Essex receiver.

In third place it's a virtual tie between the H&R M12 and Winchester 52D. They have to share my 1921 J.W. Fecker target scope, so they split the range time right down the middle. The 52D is mid 1960's and the M12 was only built between 1981 and 1984.

Not a terribly old top three. I you wanted oldest shooter divided by ignition method my dates would be far older, but my oldsters are pampered and not regular shooters.

    1872 Whitneyville .22 short revolver is the oldest...next is a Mosin-Naganr 91/30, then an Inland M1 carbine.

  13. I got replicas 1863 Remington Zouave, and 1865 Remington -Beal revolver. And an 1898 Krag side loader. Prefer shooting 1903 or 1917.

Original J.Henry Trade Rifle .58 caliber circa 1800-1820's.

    DSC06619 (1).
Original F.E.Seiferth "Plains Rifle" .50 caliber , St. Louis made , circa 1850...

These three are my oldest rifles that I shoot regularly.
The J.Henry rifle has gotten both deer and elk for me and the Leman has won a few rifle matches for me.
