    Always love the foodie porn, it's inspirational, makes me wanna eat more good stuff!

    Wife gets jealous seeing all the good food, so she has to tear up the kitchen to make it just as good if not better, I win! Lol

    It was a hot day today, so I made blended plantation tea using frozen pineapple. It was delicious and refreshing. Tasted like a pineapple daiquiri. Monkey and wifee liked it a lot.



    Dinner was pasta with sausage and peppers AND a bonus of lamb shank. Washed it down with fresh watermelon.

    For the 4th of July, I went simple. Burgers and sausages on the grill. Like America, I went big. 1 1/2 inch thick 1/2 pound teriburgers. The sauce was inside the meat. And I usually mix hamburger and sausage together. And grilled some Italian sausage.

    Monkey and wife like a bunless burger with veggies. Like a deconstructed deluxe. So that was dinner. Ended with Belgian chocolate ice cream.







    Was showing off the smoke ring on the sausage.

    What did you guys eat?

    And a tropical "continental' breakfast from earlier. Monkey's homemade cinnamon roll, nectarine, and mushroom coffee. Went with lilikoi (passion fruit) and mango topped with Tajin.




    Dessert was Thai coconut tapioca.

    Two meals actually. :whistle: Burger was one and sushi was the second. If I have to choose, I will always choose sushi.

    Hawaiian food after tai chi... squid luau, chicken long rice, loom salmon and haupia



    Was home alone with the dog and was hungry... made a nice big ribeye and had it with a couple of cherry plums
