Anyone else grow shiitakes? I'm finally re-grouping after a massive birch tree fell right in the middle of my laying yard about a month ago. It fell across a small stream we put our logs next to for humidity & gravity fed water for shocking. I've been shocking all the logs and will sort out the culls, maybe giving them another chance in a few weeks. In a few more days I'll have a big harvest and get an idea how many more logs I'd need to start selling them.
