In what turned out to be the middle of the Civil War and with some doubt still existing as to the future of the country, Lincoln had the following proclamation made. Thanksgiving Proclamation by Abraham Lincoln Given the conflicts going on at the present time and the rigid views held by all groups, it looks like his plea for divine aid and a peaceful uniting of our country is just as meaningful today as it was in 1863. Gettysburg was only about 3 months in the past and the true costs of the war were getting more obvious to all involved in 1863, I hope that God gives us the grace to solve our present political and social conflicts and that we may all reflect on the real needs of our beloved country and not the strife, cultural, racial, and social divisions, that are tearing it apart.
What will happen when Trump does not step down? That might be the start of civil war 2. And I do not expect Trump to step down because of voter fraud. I know I would not want him to. Somebody has to put a stop to this crap. If voter fraud is proven the people behind the fraud should hang or at least serve life in prison. I agree with you except the "prison" part. The cost of one day in prison would would buy many feet of rope.
Treason is a death sentence. If the ones responsible for treason are found ,,,, if there is no convictions and sentences,,, then there will be continued fraud.
As I said elsewhere, if this obvious fraud goes unchecked, all future presidents will be installed and not voted for, just as they have attempted with Biden. The divide in this country will continue as long as there remains such a great divide among politicians.
