He is a teen and these days teens post everything on line so stupidity is a given here.
His problem here might be that he is in Connecticut which is very anti-gun and many states require that you must be 21 to possess a handgun and then you have the feds who will be knocking at his parents door.

A Connecticut teenager is in hot water after posting a video online showing his new invention - a drone equipped with a handgun that fires live rounds.
Austin Haughwout, 18, of Clinton, came to the attention of federal aviation officials after putting up a video on YouTube showing a four-propeller drone with a semiautomatic weapon strapped on. The gun fires four rounds in the 14-second clip.
The footage has been viewed more than 1.9 million times.

Well..... that adds context to the issue.... out here in the NW... you could do those kind of things in general with no issue ... but in the East, if you post such endeavors you go down..... it is sad that our nation has become so protective of our intellect and outside the box ingenuity... for the sake of keeping our ass out of jail. And here is a kid.... just trying to come up with ideas... and will pay a price for that thinking.
Some day you and I will have a FTF, and I'll give you an idea of what used ta go on in certain parts of the state you live in We usedta have a ball up there...

With auto stabilization without that you get one good shot.
I've been bothered by the misuse of drones for some time. This adds one more potential misuse of equipment.
Nice, Make's it even more justified in shooting one down!!
They have been used by bambie thumpers for quite a while, harrasing legal hunts and hunters. Now add a bambie thumper with a payback bent.......
I've been thinking of adding a couple to the list. If they are as easy to fly as I've read...
