I can think of several reasons why someone would do that, the most obvious one is a false flag to make the opposition look like idiots. But as you said above you were able to see the layers from the official file it wasn't faked.

To my understanding your example isn't the same as Teddy's case. As I understand it one of his parents was not a US citizen until shortly before he threw his hat in the ring for the GOP nomination. If I was misinformed, then I am in the wrong.

 

I believe you are quite right that Teddy's dad was not a US citizen when born and indeed my example isn't the exact same as Ted's. I was pondering your suggestion that if anyone isn't born in the US they should be ineligible for prez. Sometimes examining the extremes puts things in perspective and was just exploring that scenario. Once the extremes are established then the space between sometimes becomes more discernible which is where Ted resides as does the "Kenyan."
