Classic, we're signing in, getting our fill-in the dot ballots and a (black) gentleman (that's racist), the gentleman in front of us steps back to the pollworkers table points to the "straight ticket" block and asks him " Obama ...He's a democrat?" We are so screwed...[booze]

Can't say I saw anything out of the ordinary, but then again, I voted early. And that was STILL a 2 hour wait in line.

I was so angry at some of the conversations I overheard....

One person was asking why Obama didn't put Condoleeza Rice on the ticket as VP....

I don't even want to watch the TV tonight....

I was in and out in ten minutes. Remote locations are like that, never mind the dirt roads and a mile or so of first gear to reach the polling place. It'll be interesting to see how the new township supervisor handles the washboard roads that the school district and post office have brought to the board's attention.

I voted early Tuesday morning, just as they opened up - I knew it would be a zoo at lunchtime. Only waited ten minutes in line. We voted in a polling place setup at the backside of the local Community College. Two outlying county precincts along with a central city precinct - so a real mix of voters.
I still got to work only a few minutes late - not as bad as last SillySeason - I spent more time finding parking then than waiting in line to vote!

I wish they'd still have us vote at the church out my way - it was a 'walk-in, walk-out' procedure.

Seems my prior registration was somehow "misplaced/Lost".....
So, I am NOT allowed to vote...
Figures, I live n Arizona and was registered as INDEPENDENT!
Now IF I had been registered otherwise, my registration would not have DISAPPEARED?
