I am Carnivore, so this morning started off with Bacon, Sausage and Eggs.

I do two meals a day, so dinner is in the smoker and my mouth is already watering!!!!

I will smoke for 6 hours and then finish in the oven on 350 degrees. More pics tonight.

Rub the brisket, ribs, whole chicken or prime rib in Mustard. Yep, just plain ole yellow mustard out of the Frig. Then I only salt, pepper and a little garlic powder.

If you don't tell people it was rubbed with Mustard, nobody would ever know it.

Ha... I just give it an annual cleaning last weekend.

Ok... I realized the Brisket was going to take until ..... probably 10pm tonight until done, so I went to Plan B to give the wife a phenomenal meal on this special day. If she can't have Smoked Brisket, then it is Lobster and Crab. Tonight we feasted and it was really good. It was simply Sam's Club frozen Seafood.ds

Now with all the shell fish in my belly, I also have a half stick of butter down my pipe as well.

We are both on Carnivore, so no sides.

Are the 0 carb tortillas any good?

I suppose those could be crepes instead of tortillas?

Pulled these two pork bellies off the grill last night, today they will be cut into bacon strips and stored. This weekend I'll start the next 2 bellies. We go through about 4 bellies a month.
Pretty soon I'm going to try pork belly burnt ends and "pulled pork belly"

I make the burnt ends and simmer other portions in a garlic broth for Asian dishes. The simmered version takes about 24 hours, but the flavor is amazing.

I'm sure the garlic/pork belly broth isn't authentic, but my concoctions are wonderful. I got the idea from a black garlic ramen

    Ketovore at its best!!!!

This plate of deliciousness broke our OMAD today at 5:30pm.

First bacon, jalapeño, avocado, bunless burger with our new beef!!!! Oooh lala!

Our bodies are great with all of these ingredients, except... the Jalapenos. They stop up our sinuses, but it is a difficulty I will easily embrace because these are wonderful.

Pic at the bottom is some of our beef we took delivery of last week.

    Looks great!

I don't have pics but I ate a little boudin, some eggs, some Indian curry chicken, more eggs, tuna, and some pork rinds.

    Ratio wasn't bad
