    Obviously I can see it....but for kicks and giggles, I opened a new acct yesterday....(already talked to another Mod about it...) and no shout box with it.....

    I can see it but if someone else wants it they are more than welcome to have it. Seriously I can see it, but only when I'm logged in. Loading the shout box seems to add a fair amount more time to loading things but I'll survive.
