I have started this blog in order to network and bring together those of the Jewish faith that have an interest in survival:

    All constructive suggestions are welcome!

    Thanks!

    From your Blog:

We are neither a group of white supremecists nor a group that necessarily shares your faith. You are welcome to join us in discussions but this is not a forum for you to advertise your other sites. I will consider that spam after this warning.

The common thread that binds us all here at the Monkey is an interest in survival; not our various religious beliefs and I'm not going to let us begin prefixing all of our threads with [Jewish] [Christian] [Buddist] etc. Its polarizing and counter productive.

    Admin-

I can assure you that this is not spam. I have no ulterior motive and am not advertising any site for gain or profit. My only goal, like yours, is that of survival.

That having been said, I have recently been informed that many Jews have the above mentioned genuine concerns. I would hope that you would let the 'free market' decide if my post is relevant to it.

I have seen many different sites advertised on your site. My sole intention is to network and bring people together.

    Thanks!

Is "jewish survival" somehow different than "gentile survival" ????

or "muslim survival"??? (there's a scary thought... perhaps that's a bridge too far even to illustrate a point.)
Or amI being naive in my attempt to be light...
guess I should read the blog to find out...

"I, for one, get a little bit nervous when I see all the white supremacy, racist rants and I would feel more secure being with people that share my own faith."

This phrase suggests to me that you are of the same mindset as those white supremacists you areso afraid of as they feel more secure being with people that share their own faith skin color, ideology.

10 bucks says that a white power idiot shoots the jew first over you or me.. so yeah, I'd say when it came to the white supremacist, nutters, that jewish survival has a minor difference. Just ask 3 million dead jews.

Re the site, it was nice to find a source of kosher MRE's. Religion will likely be called upon to survive (the whole 'no atheists in fox-holes' thing) and its nice to find similar spiritual groundwork.

HOLD ON A MINUTE! Let's give this guy some props.

Let's step back a minute and look at this situation:

Jews as a voting block in this country have been tremendously liberal (NY anyone?). The reason for this has always been a mystery to me. Especially after WWII and how many attacks on Israel???

Some Jews see a reason to be survival minded. These folks see the truth that is so apparent to you and me - and should be very apparent to them given their history.

This fellow is trying to open some eyes.

Those who are blind will more likely hear the message from one of their own.

If more Jewish people get the message we have more like minded people and fewer sheeple. This is nothing to take lightly especially considering the position of power that the Jewish community occupies in this country.

    I wish him luck.

I think Pam Geller would probably disagree with you. There is a very large conservative jewish demographic, even in NY. Your focus is on the big names and powerful/connected jews and with that I might agree with you.

That's true among the Conservative and Orthodox segments. Most Jews identify themselves as Reformed or non-religious. Those folks are extremely liberal probably with the exception of support for Israel, war on terror etc. But liberal in areas like gun ownership and other social issues.

When I was a member of JPFO it certainly was apparent in their literature and appeals to fellow Jews.

Those political leanings were very apparent in the community I was raised in as well.

I just don't like polarization where it doesn't need to be. The entire world is under a Divide and Conquer spell dished out by TPTB. Race, class, political party and religion against race, class, political party and religion keeps us fighting each other instead of fighting what should be fought.

    Its a distraction.

My reply to the OP was merely to let him and others know that we will not have separate sections, forums or threads for each of the different categories that the world places us into.

Survival topics shouldn't have to be prefixed with [Jewish] or [Christian], etc.

Some folks organize to form a sort of "union". Not crazy about that.

Some folks organize to wake up their own kind. That's what I though he intended.

Dammit! If I could just find one special interest group to belong to, I'd feel, well "Special". The white supremacists didn't like my floral sheets, the neo-nazis were out cause with my banged up knee, just couldn't get that goose-step down, the Panthers said, well never mind what they said....the religious right took offense at my mathematical dimension and ballast calculations to Noah's ark, the Jehovah Witnesses thought that I might better apply my skills with telemarketing. Acorn didn't agree with my ideas of organizing communities to take over Mall Santa operations. I offered to spy on the ACLU for the CIA and they told me to GFMS. I've been married to a Jew and a Catholic but neither one of them thought I might fit into any ceremony that involved wine, fire, and speaking in any dialect other than Southern. And while I'm on this subject, why do those African-American folks want to confuse me so? Are they African or American? And what about Obama's pappy? He's Kenyan or maybe, African-Kenyan? THey keep calling him an African-American but he wasn't from here so I get confused. Can ya'll just be negroes again?
