The buzz on a couple other forums is that he had a habit of accepting payment and then NOT delivering the product. Eventually, that constitutes FRAUD. The Goobermint takes a dim view of competition.

There is no need to buy a Ceiner kit anymore since there are a dozen or so reputible manufacturers making their own versions of the original.
Same here....I have his .22conv for 1911 and AR......both work great.....imo, this guy is a legend in conversions and suppressors.....I doubt he did anything wrong, but it's his company and he's responsible...I'd look at his office managers, Ms Monica.
I have dealt with Ceiner for years and own several of his products and they have always functioned flawlessly and every time I have ordered on-line or phone, have had my products delivered. I have always known him to be an upright and honest man, as far as my dealings have been.

I find it a little disturbing that every time someone gets fame or money they go bug **** crazy they think they are the end all for political views or above some law. Without inside knowledge, and given the choice of Ciener or the ATF...I'll believe Ciener by default. I don't know he's a scumbag.
I never heard of him until this thread. It seems most of you like the guy or at least respect his work. I dont care for the BATF . So Ill wait and see what happens. KF
