Ive just started back prepping, at one time I had a one year supply and everything figured out to a tee. Now I think Im up to a month supply of food for me and 2 children but Im no longer sure, how do I keep a simple inventory so I know when to stop buying extra. My goal is one year of food. Any tips would be greatly apprecated.
