My Brother Sapper John always calls the few pieces of extra "comfort" Gear he carries when we camp out/bug out/etc... I like to carry a wool scarf, flight gloves, lots of extra spices, and a spare hammock. What sort of Snivel gear do you carry?
Since I am a "Bug In" type... I keep all my "Snivel Gear" close at hand.... there is just no place to "Bug Out" to around here.... I can't get much farther away from "Civilization", unless someone presents me with a Rocket Ship to Mars.....

My smart phone,two extra batteries,200gig's worth of Micro SDHC cards,video patch cord,PV solar charger/battery,two dbl AA emergency chargers,and two PV solar garden light tops for charging eight of my newest 16X Rayovac NiMH AA batteries. Everything except the solar garden light tops fit into a four CD collectors tin. ,and thats with enough room to fit the 1tb Shadow external hard drive I plan to buy. It is about 2/3's the size of my phone,and can be mated to the phone,a tablet/e reader,pc,or my laptop. The phone is a Sprint HTC Touch ProII(3g)with both WINMO6.5,and Android2.1,thats been ported to my Boost Mobile unlimited plan with shrinkage(now@$35.mo).The phone also doubles as a 3g Wi-Fi hot spot for my Acer1 baby laptop.
