    The American people haven't had a Constitution since 1933, but it still makes for great conversation (many still believe it's in force anyway) and it never hurts to respect the republic we once had. As long as the people continue to believe in the foundations of liberty and freedom, we can once again find our way back. Of course, the "government" can *take* all the rights they want, and they can claim to have eliminated the Constitution if they dare --it's the PEOPLE who would have to accept this as truth to make it final.

    There is no form of government, no powers within the scope of mankind that can take your sovereignty from you. The founders of this republic knew very well that liberty rested in our hands. All we have to do is KEEP IT (actually, regain it). Our rights are not derived from a piece of parchment. Never forget that.

    No matter what they say, no matter what they attempt to do --Do not listen, do not obey. They operate under arbitrary law, and they are to be dealt no mercy.
