Sweetie and I have been kinda/sorta talking about maybe thinking about trying the Primal thing. We each don't really have too much weight to lose, but we need to lean up a bit. Tonight, I introduced her to the Primal eating plan big time. Cauliflower felafal with tahini sauce (from Low Carb Falafel with Tahini Sauce (Gluten Free) - I Breathe... I'm Hungry... ), bbq steak from me from V Day, Sam's club Vidalia Onion burgers (mine with a slice of pepper jack cheese over it), some OMG Broccoli ( A head of broccoli chopped, 3 cloves garlic minced, a couple of TBSP olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, back 350 for 30 minutes), she's like "Sign me up!!"

For dessert, some strawberries with Splenda.

OK, we can live like this. Barely. Barely. LOL

When you post to this thread add your lbs lost to the total from the previous post. Then put it in the bottom of your post so its easy for the next to take that and add their pounds loss.

Valid assumption. Was told by an fitness instructor, if you are starting a work out routine, get rid of the scale. Muscle weight is higher than fat weight, and you will gain before you lose. That can be discouraging.
