    Well I would love to jump in and add to your total but I haven't been doing primal. So I guess the 46 pounds I have lost in the last year won't count for your total. I am doing much better and feel better.

    i havent read the book, but i have cut most manufactured foods and grains from my diet and have averaged a half a pound a day loss thus far. Started at 216 and weighed in at 209.5 this morning. so thats a 6.5 pound loss
