    Searing Death
    1 box mac & cheese
    frozen peas, many
    1/4 cabbage
    olives, poopload of
1 can tuna, light in water
sriracha, ~2/3 cup of (replaces milk in mac & cheese box recipe)
margarine (why not butter? Cause I said so. No added dairy, it detracts from the heat)
    3-4 habaneros, diced finely
    oregano
(vindaloo powder or rogan josh powder) <--- a friend gave me box set of nice, easy indian spices. Vindaloo was best, but I went through it quickly. They became important additions after first just trying to find something to use them on. The vindaloo added further heat, but has been replaced by the habaneros.

Boil first 3 ingredients. Drain. Add rest of. Melt face. If it's still edible, add more habaneros next time.
Serves however many poor fools can handle it.

At any given time a serious prepper has 1-5 boxes of mac&cheese in the cabinet next to 1-5 cans of tuna. Purpose bought, and always stocked.

It sounds like the kind of self inflicted wound that burns going in...going through...and coming out the other end. I'm not sure that a cast iron stomach and entrails would be up to the task.

I'll just stick with "bum burners" they are a much safer option.

Oh...by the way.....you eat them via the top end....rather than inserting them via the bottom end.

ditch witch I do stupid crap, so you don't have to

1-5 boxes? Amateurs. When macNcheese goes on sale 3for1 I get 30 boxes at a time.

I'm planning a macNcheese fest for my birthday in August... think I will have to make that.

I was thinking the same thing... only a few boxes... jeesh. ;)
Of course this primal diet has really put a pinch on what is right... and wrong with my food stores... guess I will work through that when SHTF.

It helps with the Primal if you add Burger or Chopped up Beef HotDogs to the Mac&Cheese... .....

    @ditch witch Try this...

    Carnivore Pancakes...
Select your favorite package of bulk sausage approximately 1 lb ( more if you are going primal...
Brown it in a Cast Iron frying pan or skillet (depending on your location) and drain... (not down the drain in to something so you can use the grease as flavoring for gravy or something)...
now make your pancake mix just like mom did... or aunt Jemima your choice... (don't forget to add the egg...)
add the drained sausage and cook your pancakes...
now cover them with your favorite syrup (maple )

and walla... (Voilà if your French)... carnivore pancakes

    Enjoy :D
