Italian Beef

    It never occurred to me to try to grow pepperoncinis. Just in case you want to try it: delicious and easy. I take a good beef roast and rub it down with some fresh garlic. I open a jar of pepperoncinis and a jar of roasted red peppers, (both with juice and all) and put it in the crockpot on low all day long. It really turns into some good Italian beef. We serve it on crusty bread rolls with some provolone.

    This came from my husbands' sis in OHIO just as she wrote it.

    These are my pictures of the recipe that we made a while back. I just used the peppers straight from the garden. I did roast the peppers on a grill first.

    I might try this but mince the ingredients in a processor first. Looks delicious!
