    This mantis should have laid eggs and died by now. Tough little sucker. We will probabbly get our 1st freeze (31F) to night.

    I have seen Gator's out in February when the temp was 38 degrees, I was surprised to see this.

    Like all women... I'm sure she has a plan when it gets cold.... right @Ganado ,@ditch witch and @Motomom34 ?

    When all the men are freezing, dying or dead.... she'll be cozy and warm in some hidey hole she already has prepared... who knows... there may be an unsuspecting male in there who made himself at home and she'll have a nice time and meal before she hits the sack for the winter ;)
