Got your bases covered...but where are the REAL knives? Come on man. Haha.

My "base" knife setup looks a lot like yours. Which model of Mora do you like best?

I am assuming #4 is a Mora. Looks like mine. We also have the Swiss Army pocket knife and the Leatherman.

Ok I'm a practical sort of gidget, so my question is... what do people do with all those knives?
I have one in my purse, one in the vehicle, one in the garden kit and of course BOB has one but other than cooking what do you all do with all those knives.???

    BTW lovely collection!

I stick mine in various kits, because I keep losing them, and having to raid the storehouse!

I prefer the Companion series or Mora's. Molded handle, a bit thicker blade. DO NOT GET THE HEAVY!!! They are out of balance, and too thick to do the normal bushcraft things you pack a Mora along for.

What do you use for shelter/big tasks, @Tommy boy?

For production knives, I like Mora, Fallkniven, and Victorinox/Wenger among others. For machetes, Tramontina and Ontario are favorites.
