it makes claims about the actual number of executive orders made by previous administrations...

"Conflate the Mosques with the defense of Islam, acts that afford Muslims special status and executive orders to fight a war with both hands tied behind our backs and you have Islamic math…The more we win the stronger they get.

During our lifetimes, all Presidents have issued Executive Orders. For various reasons, some have issued more than others. These things will directly affect us all, in years to come.

Question is: Do YOU care enough to send this, ‘shocking info,’ to people you love?

    Ike – 2 in 8 years
    Kennedy – 4 in 3 years
    LBJ – 4 in 5 years

    Nixon – 1 in 6 years
    Ford – 3 in 2 years
    Carter – 3 in 4 years

    Reagan – 5 in 8 years

    Bush – 3 in 4 years

    Clinton – 15 in 8 years

    George W. Bush – 62 in 8 years

    Obama – 923 in 3 1/2 years! More than 1000 Executive Orders in 6 years… "

Whether those EOs are real (I'll assume they are) there are some parts that are NOT within zero's purview or privilege. Congress will get a say. I want to see how many of them survive the election results if Donnie Boy wins.

Actually, JFK issued those particular EO's. This report is a hoax to make us look stupid.

Snopes is known to put on a spin, but I think they are accurate here: President Obama's 923 Executive Orders

Those Executive Orders are real and they amount to nothing less than gunpoint rule.

However, there is a little fact that those in favor of Executive Orders (the PTB) are careful not to mention.

The President of the United States is an executive, not a lawmaker. Congress is the lawmaker.

As an executive the only thing a President can do is give orders. He can do that by word of mouth, day-to-day, and by issuing standing orders--such as directives and Executive Orders.

However, his orders do not apply to anyone who is not under his command. They very definitely do not apply to American citizens who are a) civilians and b) NOT EMPLOYED by the US Government.

The President can only make rules for, and give orders to, his lawful employees and (since he is also the Commander in Chief of the Armed Services) soldiers.

He can run his Presidential mouth all day long, but he doesn't have the legal authority to make a civilian citizen do anything at all.

WE are not under his command.

He CAN give illegal and Unconstitutional orders to those under his command, but such orders are properly refused and may not be lawfully carried out.

When his minions start carrying out illegal and Unconstitutional orders, we the people are empowered to resist them with the use of any necessary degree of force, including lethal force.

    And that's a fact, Jack.

We are empowered to defend ourselves against the unlawful acts of anyone, including the President and all his minions.

When "they" announce that "they" are going to arrest someone under the terms of the (unconstitutional) Patriot Act that person (which includes any and every person) is lawfully empowered (according to the SCOTUS) to use any amount of force necessary to prevent that unlawful arrest. And that includes lethal force, and it applies to any and every unlawful arrest.

(I would quote the decision here, but it's buried deep in my files. It'll take a while to dig it out.)

Lacking the specific decisions at the moment, I recommend due diligence to those seriously interested in knowing the truth.

Any Executive Order that violates the law (any law) is null and void, and we do not have to submit to it.

Plummer v. State is one of the two cases that I have on file. It's one of the two that I was referring to.

I have another case that ties in with Plummer (Not Bad Elk) that ties in. It may be a State Supreme Court reference from one of the States that allows defense against an unlawful arrest generally, rather than only when in fear of life or great bodily harm.

Been a while since I looked at them, but I saved them in a special file so they wouldn't get lost.

Which, of course, is why they are lost at the moment.

Gotta give a like to a fellow who is as disorganized and forgetful as I am. I knew a gal once upon a time who hid her meds so her various kin and so called friends wouldn't borrow them. Then she would forget where she hid them. Said each day was like Easter. She liked cleaning and poking around here and there as well. Said it was like an easter egg hunt surprise when she found a long lost stash of meds. What the hell do I know? I thought the whole thing was nuts! Speaking of nuts, "NUTS" seems like an appropriate answer along with a one finger salute when they try to enforce one of those BS executive unconstitutional orders. Specially if backed up with a handful of concealed sharpshooters with ARs.

In retrospect, most of the greatest events in our nation have occurred as the executive orders are used or abused. Lincoln began the civil war and created the beginnings of the army as an executive action as I remember it but congress later authorized his actions. The major problems with these actions is the existence of 100's of them going back over the years and the ability to selectively enforce them. Think Ruby Ridge, etc. You may be in a perfect legal position, but the executive controls the army, the national law enforcement, and the courts. Being right and in prison or dead is not an optimum solution. The biggest problem with paranoia, ie tin foil hats, is that on a personal level you as an individual may be completely right, the police chief hates your guts and is out to get you, but the average citizen doesn't even notice it.

Unfortunately, the army that usually loses the battle and the war is an army of one. "They" have more than enough cannon fodder to make issues of right vs. wrong utterly moot. That's why we need to be a we when the hammer drops.

One person has very little power. One million have as much as they need.
