I was thinking I might not post this ... but someone said to go ahead ....... crock pot deer chili: 7qt crock pot 3 cans diced stewing tomatoes 3 cans tomato sauce 3 cans brooks chili beans (mild) 3lb ground deer 1lb sage sausage 2 mid sized onions 5-8 garlic cloves chili powder crushed red pepper (optional mustard and Worcestershire sauce) in the crock put all cans of sauce/diced/beans ... take your time in one skillet minced/diced garlic, onions, and deer ... on another sage sausage make sure all meat is broken up and browned (do not over cook) simmer till browned .... (note i buy the 2.12oz chili powder containers ... i use the cap from it) 2 caps chili powder 2 caps crushed red pepper once in the crock pot mix very well ... let simmer over night on low 10-12 hours... try it ^^^ that way ... then try it with this ... For the optional in the last hour of cooking 2-3 shot glasses of Worcestershire ... ... and 4-5 tblsp of mustard I like it both ways but some of my family does not ... ....
