As to the Rifle Marksmanship Diagnostic and Training Guide: It is a useful resource for those who are not from a service background in developing basic marksmanship skills. It is also a useful guide for civilian marksmanship trainers....that is reason enough I think.

I tried uploading them as individual resources but unsuccessfully. I'm not sure why, but suspect that the file size might have been excessive. both the linked files are interesting from an historical perspective, and those who wish to can download them from internetarchive.org themselves.

I applaud your reasoning, but if it's not to much to ask? How did you intend to direct questions?

I have not assumed the role of an online marksmanship trainer. Like many resources here, should someone viewing / reading the resource have further questions arising from the resource, it is up to them to research possible answers to them by sleuthing Dr Google, finding an NRA / ex mil instructor who are prepared to share their knowledge and experience, etc. I have posted the resource as if it were a message in a bottle. Discoverers will look at it (the resource) and make use of it as they will...or they may discard the bottle and its contents and search for the next shiny thing.

Just how many folks have told you that you opened a can of worms?
Those that never have pose questions.
Those that no longer can teach.
Those that are instructors offer On The Job Training.
And those that open cans of worms without answers are instigators, Y'all shall need to offer stronger bait before I actually bite.
