I’m right at #208 already which is the high-end my weight class. My hip/groin area feels about 90 percent healed as well. I’m on call through the 4th and the weekend so I’ll most likely be busy. My hike never happened (weather) but I did make it over to the North Cascades. What a great area. Lots of people and Subarus now but…

Hope you'll have a nice 4th weekend and stay safe if you get called in to work! I'm glad that your injury is healing so well. Keep taking care of it.
The weather has been really rainy and muddy of here. I'm glad that you're keeping track of the weather conditions.
I thought that Subarus always ruled the PNW? Lol.

This feels like a big deal... Yesterday I decided to cancel my monthly hula hooper online membership. It's been months since I've hula hooped and I haven't learned any new skills in years. It's not from a lack of content because she's an outstanding teacher and performer who is always adding new content. I was probably the most active member in the community and consistently uploaded recordings for the last 4 years. I'm happy to contribute, but I was one of the only people posting and it has started to feel like I'm silently being watched. I was also starting to feel scattered, pressure to "perform" and like I'm falling behind. Of course, all of this was probably just in my head. If I miss it I can always rejoin.

I think that my focus and interests have just shifted through the years... I'm very thankful for the gifts I've gotten from this whole experience. I met one of my best friends who is a cardiologist and internal medicine doctor in Europe. She has been a great friend through the years. I also wrote a lot of articles and tutorials and this inspired me to write about prepping and survival. And that lead me to this forum.

You guys have been solid and I'm so thankful that I found you. During the time that I've been a member of this forum, my whole life has completely transformed. I'm so much healthier and stronger now than I was when I wrote my first post here. I think I was 50 lbs. heavier back then with lots of impending health issues.

Now I'm a lot more private and I'm focused on health, wellness, survival, gardening, and simply living well.

Just wanted to say thank you!

I can certainly say I'm grateful to see you posting here. (y)
I'm not as active as I'd like to be, but I appreciate the people who contribute to this place in their own positive way.
