Do what they are told and do it when they are told to do it.
Entertain themselves safely.
Use a firearm and care for it.
Change, feed and entertain a baby,
Basic first aid.

Agree 100% with the list!

 

I would add to the list but then I would have to ban myself.

 

I am not saying that this is all that they should know. Add to it if you wish. I tried to list things that persons of an age or gender traditionally do not know how to do.

 

Actually I had a smart ass comment to add about what women ought to know what to do......then I thought better of it. So I didn't have to ban myself.

 

I'll tell you what, when you don't have money in your pockets it tends to change your perspective on a lot of things.
