Steak and pork tortillaless quesadilla

Snack after tai chi and before our first soccer practice. Tortillaless quesadilla with the last of the leftover steak and kalua pig I made a few days ago. Gonna sleep well tonight. Already tired before soccer practice.

Bought a big pork butt and cut it up to make adobo. Cut out a steak to make a simple lunch for myself. Perfectly cooked and juicy and tender. Yum. #pork

New Year dinner. Kapua pig, steak, peppers, onions, garlic, smoked swordfish made on a kiawe grill. On top of eight grain sprouted brown rice. Happy New Year!
