How to post videos?

Hey all,

If I wanted to post a video of something I was doing, is there a way to do it directly on the forum?
Or do I have to upload it somewhere else and link to it from here?
If so, where is the best place to upload to?

You can add one by uploading a file below your comment. Or if it's published on the internet at a URL, you can use the Media button above your comment to locate one to embed in the comment.
There are probably other ways as well.

@chelloveck 's comment above is for embedding a video in your comment.

 

The where to upload to, depends upon your purpose...if you are wanting to upload to a post that is relevent to a particular conversation in a particular thread, then post to that thread...if it is a resource, then post in the relevant category of the Resources Forum Resources | Survival Monkey Forums

 

Hmm,I think I tried and failed years ago so left it at that , at least it worked out fine for me.
