When I was a boy, we made several of these simple box traps and always caught rabbit, opossum, coon, and once in a while, a skunk. I came across this .pdf and thought I might pass it along. Hey thanks for posting that. I was just telling DD a couple of days ago that we were going to build a few of them. She has already traped stuff on her own with a store bought box trap. She just needs to learn to build her own. OGM
Easy to post directly, SC. Open it, copy the whole thing and paste it into the thread reply box. All the same, I like the links better, simply because they save time loading the thread. I would substitute some 1/4 inch mesh hardware cloth for at least one side so you can see ahead of time what you have before the skunk surprises you.
