A lot of people balk at eating squirrel, but I think they are wonderful! The melts look very good to me. Best I ever had'em was biscuits and squirrel gravy! Love them little guys

I'll have to try this. I usually have them fried like chicken, or cooked in brown gravy and served with rice.
boiled up in a pressure cooker, drain then add BBQ sauce and presure cook for a few more minutes is awsome.
