1661 Inn - Block Island

    My eldest granddaughter will be working the front desk at the 1661 Inn this summer as soon as she graduates in another 5 weeks - what a great summer for a 21 year old, the summer on Block Island. I think I will have to visit with her several times

    I've spent many a peaceful night in a berth, enjoying the ebb and flow if the tide. Breaking dawn on the deck wrapped in a blanket and enjoying a hot cup of coffee is my favorite time. Best experienced away from the marina
