    Black Friday is almost here and the ads are being leaked. Some people may not participate but I like saving money and have participated in BF for years. I have found that research is key. Often a store will advertise a deal but you can get it cheaper elsewhere or the deal is not as good as advertised. Some BF deals are available on-line.

    Walmart has a Samsung for $99. Not sure if it is any good. Personally I am looking for an HP laptop and a rice cooker.

    Wife is looking to upgrade to a 65" or bigger TV so I guess our 47" can be my new monitor, right!

    It is not that bad anymore. Some go on Thursday, some Friday and many stay home and shop on-line.

    Good idea @T. Riley Do their sales start on Friday or Cyber Monday?

    In the past on Friday. I would stay up until midnight because they sell out early. They usually have a couple of loss leaders and you have to be quick. I haven’t seen any ads yet.

    ya can also order or pre-order stuff from Lucy n trunk monkey a portion of which will go to the monkey and if possible to our Veterans :) :)

    Found a place that has better prices on the black label rebate ammo. Best prices are on 380 and 40. Selling those at the after rebate price and then you get a $20 rebate on top of that.

    Good deal! I have a monthly set up ordering from them but I was able to get some additional things with the credits I had saved up.

    Pretty good deal on 9mm ammo at Cabela's, 500 rounds for $100, 20 cents a round. Comes in a small metal ammo can...

    EDIT: Well, I guess I am a liar. It was advertise via a flyer and I purchased 1000 rounds (2 boxes) yesterday of Winchester 9mm 115 grain but it is not on their website so guess that deal is just local. However, The Remington® Military Training Ammunition 9mm, 115 grain is and it is also 20 cents a round, $10.00 a box of 50. It good ammo for practice...
