Now, she is 16? I guess, by the time this is all sorted, she will be as young as 12.

I guess guys, from now into the future, need to check her for wisdom teeth before considering having a relationship with a woman.

Matters not if she's past puberty, sexually active, mentally and emotionally mature, etc., if she's under the age of consent you are flirting with jail. Keep in mind that if she's under the legal age of consent where she lives, you live, or where the act took place you are tempting fate. Biological age of consent does not equal legal age of consent and both must be respected. IMO even if she meets the legal standard if she isn't mentally or emotionally mature it's still every bit as wrong.
