The instructions are all over the internet. At the time I was canning it I was buying it for $1 per pound. If you can buy it in a can, you can can it yourself. What one can do, another can do.
Uh, All American canners are still around. And still made in the USA. Presto and Mirro are around as well but made overseas and require seals where as All Americans do not. Most I have paid was $125 at Cabelas bargain cave. The other two I paid $35 & $50 each on Craigslist and LetGo.
