I don't know of any Saiga 12 parts kits either. However.... It could be done. But not simple, You could use the AKM receiver or NDS Romanian RPK receiver I would think. The ejection port will need to be made larger and mag well, not sure about the gas system though, those are two just off of the top of my head.
