a question that comes to mind... IF there is a group of people and one towards the back of said group lights a Molotov and is preparing to throw it at a home or some homes that people live in and using the people in front as a shield... and there are armed individuals that could act to stop this action... should the defender start shooting to stop the person about to throw right through the shields if necessary to stop them? as technically the people shielding are accessories to... attempted murder??? would that stand up in court or would the people of the neighborhood or even the nation need to band together to stop the courts on grounds of self-defense??? local election are possible even more important then ever especially judges and DA's??? a lawyer might have an answer to that?
