EPA power grab to regulate ditches, gullies on private property Before you know it, you're not going to be able to take a leak in your backyard. Normally, I try to refrain from making comments about a person's appearance...but, this Congressman Mica needs to let it go. Is there any point in wearing a beaver pelt if everyone knows it's a beaver pelt sitting on your head? Also....I don't think I can get my wrist to bend at that precise angle....
"...control land alongside ditches, gullies and other ephemeral spots by claiming the sources are part of navigable waterways." This is sheer idiocy, the Nanny State gone totally insane!
A few years ago I had a state Wildlife Officer tell me that I needed a Fishing license to fish in my ponds. His reasoning being that when my property flooded,It became navigable when the runoff from the ponds drained into my creek.I told him that if I ever fished during a flood that I promised him I would have a license.Stupidity should be painful! BTW, I should mention that he was fishing there with his small son after asking me for permission.
Yup. It's all part of the maritime laws under Admiralty, which is currently the type of system we have in effect, and have ever since the adoption of Admiralty Law. The USC, UCC, FRC, IRC, and State codified "laws" are in fact Admiralty. The Common Law and Constitution are only given lip service. This is the reality we have come to accept as "freedom". A judge may tell you the court operates under "Statutory Jurisdiction", but the term "Statutory" defines itself as being "Statutory". To any with an IQ above the level of moron, this circular definition is merely a mask for Admiralty. This is the kind of political lunacy that will result in some people 'voting from the rooftops' before long. When several of the pols get 'voted off the island' permanently, maybe the rest will do a rethink.....
Folks it's time to remove your gutters... i seem to remember Cub Scouts having gutter sailing regattas.... so EPA might be able to make the case for controlling your house....
I think I know what your talking about? Because legally if you own land and they want to build they can take around or up to 2-4 ft (not sure) of your property, they will pay you for it but the lowest price possible of course.
I have a Kubota L3600 with a nifty bucket front that digs like hell. I built two nice little ponds for my animals using that and my neighbors' JD 450G......... They wanna f*** with me, I will build a friggen moat around the property and feed it from the river!
Oh I like that.... Grave Stones with "Here lies the Last Federal Agent to cross onto My Land" carved in the Stone..... with a Date maybe two years before... and "Here lies the last Trespasser that crossed onto My Land" dated more recently....
