Adding a sustainment pouch to your go bag

    I've watched a lot of YouTube videos on go bags and bug out bags....a lot. One item I see left out in most is a sustainment pouch.

    yup food is on the list. I'm not too sure how well a microwave meal would do out in the bush, but the idea is good. Also going through your kit and using your food stuffs so they don't go bad, or if it's been left for a while, throwing out stuff that might be bad. While you're doing that you might want to check anything that has batteries for leakage and recharge the rechargeable batteries.

    Keep your batteries separate, maybe in a ziplock bag and out of your equipment.
    If they leak, there goes your GPS or whatever it was.
