my 1911 got here and I am suitably impressed. It looks and feels like a real 1911 except for the silly orange barrel protrusion. The blow-back system works just like a 1911, the safety and grip safety are real, even the magazine feels real. It uses green gas or propane as a propellant and spits 13 shots at 320fps and will raise a welt. I can see some serious indoor practice. I also just won an ebay auction on a lot of five `1911s, a mp5, and two of the silly looking large autos that Angelina Jole used in that movie where she played Laura Croft. These were used as movie props and I got the lot for a steal....I can see our warehouses in Mobile morphing into a fun-house for sure. I think we are going to dress one of the seamonkeys up in a gorilla costume and set the hounds loose on him...airsoft and video cameras...too much to resist!
