I had a dream the other night about "Gun Control" and that Idiot David Gregory from CBS....

Since ANY and ALL High Capacity Magazines are not Legal to Possess, in Washington DC, and ALL the DC Police are on the lookout for them, and would immediately ARREST, ANYONE who they saw walking around with one on the spot, What would happen if person decided to walk up the the Halls of Congress, wearing sweater that had four or five "Special" Magazines attached to it? Of course that Person would be ARRESTED, on the spot, and incarcerated, arraigned, and tried for VIOLATION OF the DC Possession Statute, RIGHT? ALL the while the defendant, does, and SAYS Absolutely NOTHING, PERIOD. Ok, now they get into Court, and think they have a SLAM DUNK, of a case, and the Prosecuter lays out ALL THE EVIDENCE, against the Perp, and his Defence lawyer, ask NO cross-examination Questions, at all. Then when the Defense gets it's turn, the lawyer stands up and asks the Judge for declatory Judgement for acquittal, on the grounds that the "OBJECT" in question, is NOT A Magazine, but instead, was just a hunk of MATERIAL. The prosecutor goes nuts, and can't object fast enough, and the Defense Lawyer, asks the judge & Prosecuter to prove that this IS A Magazine. The Prosecuter state, " Your Honor, of course it is a MAGAZINE, JUST LOOK AT IT." Then the Defense Lawyer asks, "Just what FIREARM does this OBJECT fit into?", and then asks for his SUMMARY JUDGEMENT, AGAIN.

Ok, what nobody knows is this OBJECT was manufactured to a very exacting Specification, as it is .25 " to long, and .125 " to wide to fit into the MAGAZINE Well of ANY KNOWN weapon. It looks like a Magazine, but it fits NO KNOWN Weapon. At this point the Defendant thru his Lawyer, tells the Court, he is going to sue the Police, and Prosecuter for FALSE ARREST, FALSE PROSECUTION, and Violation of his CIVIL RIGHTS.....

I'm afraid those metal shop, casting, welding, plastic and alloy machining experience I've aquired over the years MAY just come in hand.

Anyone got some open time on a knee mill, I'm thinking about making a nice follower (gotta make it look good). I can handle the rest of it with a pair of tin snips, a vice, and a welder. Oh yeah, and a hammer.

find you a sheet-metal fabrication shop and have them shear and break your pieces, I'll bet if you talk with one of the mechanics there and tell him what you want to do, he'll cut it and break it for free. I would (have a break but don't have access to a shear anyy more).
